Lost River Cave is home to Kentucky’s only Cave Boat Tour, as well as a Nature Explore Playscape and the Butterfly Habitat, which is open seasonally.

Want to go outside for some fresh air and exercise? If you stop by the Visitor Center to let them know you’re in the area, you may hike the valley’s blue hole paths for free. The valley is dog-friendly, so long as your pet behaves.
When the river is low enough in the fall, winter, and early spring, special trips like the Discovery Cave Crawl are offered for a limited time. After 6:30 PM daily, Lost River Cave can be rented for business, community, or social gatherings. Take a stroll along the riverbank, have a wedding or a cocktail party at the Butterfly Habitat, or simply admire the scenery.
The cave’s ballroom, which was previously a nightclub, is roofed, contains a crystal chandelier, and can accommodate 300 people for dinner and dance. The brand-new River Birch Meeting Room is suitable for yearly meetings, social gatherings, and birthday parties with up to 50 guests.
Open 365 days a year, seven days a week. The Lost River Cave welcomes walk-in guests, but tourists may also book tours on the site, including the Underground Boat Tour and the Zipline.
